Well, as expected the halloween event is live! And the lag is live too 
The event is actually pretty easy, two quests, one for level 15 and one for level 150. You can find them in Mountain Path, down in the bottom right at 20,16. That’ll take you right on into Oidhche Shamhna. Once there, head up to the top left (9,5) for the entreance to the Frightning Fort, or to the middle right (20,12) for the Horrifying Haunt.
The Quests are pretty easy, and I was planning a nice little writeup of both, but unfrotunately life intervenes and I just spent the last five hours dealing with work crap, so good luck on those quests (they are pretty easy), and don’t eat all the candy at once!
